About Me

I am a consummate technical communications professional. I have a deep passion for instructional design and crafting training materials that provide the most benefit to the maximum number of people possible.

Through superior process documentation and team-wide collaboration my goal is to bring organizations the agility, the flexibility, and the detail they need to enhance their operations on as large or as granular a level as they need. I succeed when we all succeed.


I graduated from Seattle Pacific University in 2014 with a BA in English Literature and a minor in Linguistics and Cultural Studies. In 2018 I completed a Technical Writing certificate program at the university of Washington. 


Most recently, I worked at Trident Seafoods as a senior sales administrator and trainer. As a senior rep, I coordinate sales, logistics, invoicing, and account management for over 300 food service, military, and club sales accounts. In this capacity, I processed sales, coordinate shipping, verify pricing and correct invoicing procedure. I worked with external brokers, vendors, and sales staff to ensure fluid and agile operations and ensure there are no lapses in service levels or customer satisfaction.

As a trainer, my responsibilities included the onboarding and training of new hires, the creation of training SOP's to standardize training and reduce single point failures in the training and workflow process, overhauling existing processes to make them more time efficient and accurate, and making sure compliance with departmental KPI's was adhered to. I provided correctional feedback to new hires and work with them to set goals, achieve their maximum potential and bring their best skills forward.
